What is Textile Manufacturing?

Textile manufacturing is a process that involves converting various types of fibers into yarn or thread and then using that yarn and thread, or the fibers directly, to create woven or nonwoven textiles. The textile manufacturing process will depend on the type of fiber used, as well as the desired end product. There are many types of textile constructions, some of which are woven from yarns (made from spun fibers) or nonwoven directly from staple or filament fibers.
