Made from 100% polyester staple fibers, Lixin fabric boasts a soft and smooth texture that feels gentle against the skin without friction. It also offers excellent tensile toughness, withstanding daily shoe bending and resisting breakage or deformation.

2. Breathable & Moisture-Absorbent
Featuring a loose and porous fiber structure, it enables quick circulation of air inside the shoe to expel moisture and heat efficiently. Its outstanding moisture absorption helps absorb foot sweat, reducing odor and keeping the interior dry and comfortable.

3. Easy to Process & Shape
With a flat surface, Lixin fabric is easy to cut and can be directly formed into shoe linings, insole interlayers and other components through hot pressing or lamination. It maintains its shape well without wrinkling, perfectly fitting shoe designs and boosting production efficiency.

4. Considerations for Use (Highlighting Strengths, Mitigating Weaknesses)
Avoid prolonged high-temperature ironing (recommended temperature ≤120℃) to prevent material shrinkage and deformation; align the texture direction during cutting to ensure tensile strength; use mild cleaning methods for finished shoes and refrain from strong alkaline detergents, which may damage fibers and impair breathability and flexibility.
